Homeowner Beware: I failed to check the criminal record of Keven Ledzema. I also relied on the pictures on his LHM&M website (which have since been removed) and the statements he gave me. Mr. Ledzema represented that he could install hardware, sheetrock, tile, and fixtures...and referred to the amazing pictures on his website. I hired him to do all of these things at my house in Granbury. All of this was a HUGE mistake. Materials were taken from property. Workmanship was poor, requiring me to hire other contractors to redo and/or complete his work. Ledzema sent me several invoices for work that was not complete at the time, and, in some cases was never completed. He also gave me written bids for one amount and then sent invoices for higher amounts without any explanation. He frequently was late or did not show up for days at a time. Simple jobs took weeks or months or were never completed. I was forced to call law enforcement hire an attorney, change the locks on my home and put locks on my gates. I have lost a great deal of money and time…but that pales in comparison to the anguish and frustration throughout this ordeal.
