I found out Mr. Warwick's bad reviews online after I gave him the deposit of $4,500 to build a patio, and realized that it was a big mistake. He did not do anything on the project, yet kept lying to me, even in front of me. I eventually had to file a small claim to get my deposit back. It has been an exhausting process for me. I won the case but can only get part of my deposit back. Still wondering why his business is still surviving giving his bad temper and habit of lying.
