Southern Ohio Tactical offers hand gun training, concealed carry classes, and
numerous other firearm training courses to residents throughout the greater
Cincinnati, OH area. For the last five years Southern Ohio Tactical has helped several thousand people obtain their concealed carry permits. The
hand gun safety classes are taught by active duty police officers, each of whom
has an average of 20 years of service, including experience on a regional SWAT
team. Students will learn through a combination of video, Power Point, and
hands-on firearm training. The firearms training courses will cover a wide variety of
topics, including pistol craft, legal issues related to concealed carry, the
application process, home and personal safety, and much more. The classes are
limited to 20 people, and are taught at least three to four times a month. One
day certification classes are also available.The cost for the gun courses is $90 per person and $80 for
veterans. There are group rates available for parties of three or more. The
hands-on aspect of training will take place at a shooting range 15 minutes from
the facility, at which you will be provided with 50 rounds of ammo. If you’re
