Regal Energy, LLC is an independent oil and gas company dedicated to the exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas.

We are excited about the latest projects in which Regal Energy acts as Sponsor, Managing Venturer, and Operator. We have successfully raised and deployed over 60 million dollars since 2007 and are seeking to add to our portfolio with exploratory horizontal oil prospects in Texas.

Many geologists use 3D seismic and well control to identify a potential stratum of pay in an area of interest. Focus is usually directed at areas that have produced a significant amount of oil in a region. We try to identify areas of interest where horizontal drilling may be used. Until recently, attempts by others to exploit conventional sand formations have been limited primarily to vertical drilling

We believe that it is important to have industry partnerships with people who are willing to put their own finances at risk on the prospects that they generate. Regal Energy as Managing Venturer insists on Regal Energy Operating, our affiliate operator, be its operator of record for all of Regal Energy sponsored projects.

FACT: Participation in oil and natural gas exploration and production ventures carries a high degree of risk.

We believe potential partners should be aware of these risks. Regal Energy’s management focuses on managing these risks by the utilizing a team of experienced geologists, engineers, and consultants. However, difficulties in the drilling phase or completion process can occur that result in the termination of the project. Even as knowledge and technological advancements have spurred on success, a dry hole or a marginal producer always remains a distinct possibility even in a field such as the Barnett Shale where a multitude of wells have been drilled. For these reasons Regal Energy strictly prohibits participation from non-accredited investors.
