Had great service from them today. Was in and our in 30 min! They even drove to another facility to pick up my car. Friendly and courteous. I love the fact that you don't have to have a copy of your pay stub or a utility bill if you can pull it up on your phone and screen shot it or email it to them

We have rented from them twice in the past few months. Both times we've been impressed with the employees we interacted with, and the low mileage clean cars we had as rentals.

I love this company, I have used other companies but nope not anymore, I am now loyal to san diego car rentals:-) Their customer service is wonderful, they make everything so simple & easy, I had a minor issue once & called their customer service # & had a great experience. They helped me out, no questions asked, wasn't complicated at all. Staff at check-in & check-out make the process hassle-free & couldn't be friendlier. They have great cars at great prices, what's not to like!:-)
