Tampa Bay's "Top-Tier" Home Inspectors - Buyer's Choice Home Inspection is totally committed to providing the highest quality inspections to our valued clients. Our inspectors are scheduled to perform only two full home inspections per day, to ensure that our clients receive the best home inspections possible. Our inspectors are thoroughly familiar with both the theoretical and practical aspects of building construction and analysis. Our inspectors are all tested and Certified by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors. In addition, all of our inspectors are required to be tested and Certified as Residential Code Inspectors by the International Code Council (ICC), which is the testing authority for all Florida State and County Code Inspection Officials. All of our inspections adhere to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as required by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI). Our chief inspector is a Registered Professional Inspector (FABI)#RPI-0608, Certified ASHI Member # 243367, Code Certified Residential Building, Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Inspector # 5233145, and has over 30 years experience in the construction trades. In addition, all of our inspectors are required to attend 90 hours of specialized instruction from the nation's premier home inspection academy (ITA), and receive a minimum of 40 continuing education training hours each year.
