What is Virtual Personal Training®?
This is not an app - you work with a real, live trainer! Start with a phone consult with your trainer, they will design your workout based on your time, equipment and goals then send it to your e-mail complete with video/pictorials and instructions. After you do your first workout your trainer will check in to see what changes need to be made and send you your revision. You will communicate weekly with your trainer to keep updating your routine, next month you have another phone consult to change your routine.
Virtual Personal Training® is just like personal training only more convenient and less expensive. Our app eTrainer is a conduit that connects you with your very own or your personal trainer. We provide all the support possible through your smart phone. We manage the time to Fit U! We adapt every exercise to Fit U! We provide nutritional guidance to Fit U.
How do I get started using Virtual Personal Training®?
Step 1: Choose the work out option best for you. Don’t worry if you change your mind we will happily adjust it to suit you.
Step 2: Schedule your phone consultation. Select a day/time to do your customized phone consultation.
Step 3: You will receive a welcome e-mail with a link to tell us your Goals, Health History, Time and Equipment Availability fill it out.
Step 4: After your phone consult you will receive your workout in your e-mail and on your Smartphone.
Do I have to make a long commitment?
You can sign up for Virtual Personal Training® for whatever duration you’d like, we offer discounts for the longer commitment you are willing to make. The reason we do this is many of our clients want to lose weight and that requires more time to be successful.
How often can I talk to my trainer through Virtual Personal Training®?
Each session includes a phone consultation that only takes 15 minutes, you could do it on the way to work, after you have completed your first workout there will be a follow up via e-mail, text or phone to make any adjustments to the routine necessary. Your next contact will be weekly when your your trainer contacts you to see how you are doing. You can always call your trainer, our trainer hotline or our social media if you have a question.
What type of fitness equipment is required Virtual Personal Training?®?
None. Since our customized programs are unique to each individual, we can design a program with no equipment or just dumbbells or even for use with a club membership. So whatever equipment you do or don’t have, we can work with you!
