We are underwritten by two of the top title insurance companies in the country, Fidelity National Title and First American Title.

Monument Title has been contracted with HUD since October 2003 for the closing agent services contract in Utah. We have a very experienced HUD Team that works the contract to help you navigate the process of closing a HUD home.
