At Gracie South Shore our goal is to create an environment where students not only receive the highest level of instruction in current Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts strategy & technique, but they also grow as individuals. Students learn how to communicate with each other & share ideas that ultimately lead to personal growth. Instruction, practice & fun are important parts of all our youth classes at Gracie South Shore. The coaches use a combination of teaching techniques & games to keep kids focused & motivated. Jiu Jitsu is a great sport for children because it's not dependent on size, strength or physical ability. With multiple classes offered each week for all Gracie Brandon Kids, you can be comfortable knowing your child is learning a mixed martial art that is not only fun as a sport, but also helping your child develop confidence, courage & self-control.

Our adult programs offer a great way to get in shape while also having fun! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a very different kind of cardio than what you are used to from traditional exercise. You might be able to run 5 miles with no problems, but with grapple you'll learn in your first minutes that the cardio is different, demanding & as a result people usually see excellent progress with impressive results in their first six months of training.
