Sullivan Rehab Services, Inc. was founded in 1993 by a team of former military physical therapists eager to provide result-oriented therapy with a compassionate, personal touch.


Our focus is quality one-on-one patient care. Locally owned and operated, we are not burdened by corporate overhead or quotas.

Our therapists use a hands-on, exercise-based approach to rehabilitation. All treatments are based on scientific methods with proven clinical effectiveness and a licensed professional personally administers every treatment. At Sullivan Rehab, the entire team works to facilitate the rehabilitation goals of both the patient and the doctor.
