Based in the Philadelphia region, Real Property Capital, Inc. (RPC) is a commercial mortgage banking firm with a regional focus and national capabilities. We maintain a narrow focus on placing debt and equity for income producing real estate transactions. To date, our team has closed over a billion dollars of debt and equity placements on commercial real estate in locales as far away as Florida and Colorado, with the majority of our business being in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

Our team has over 25 years of collective experience in commercial real estate finance. Since the formation of RPC in May of 2010, we have closed over 50 transactions totaling well over $200 million.
