I help my clients resolve emotional and interpersonal conflicts, increase their quality of life, build on current areas of strength, develop new areas of competency, and grow in their capacity for contentment, joy, and engage in healthy relationships. I believe in the healing aspects of the creative process in my work, as well as the importance of collaborating with each client to determine what will be most helpful for them.
