Our family travels a great deal and so we are no stranger to renting cars locally or around the world. This June we were faced with an unexpected death in our family,which required a great deal of travel needs for our immediate and extended family members. When we started to try and book on the internet we found that all of the car agencies were out of cars! I somehow first called the Avis/budget location at the airport and talked to a man named Damien, he was boarder line rude, and would not assist me telling me to "call the toll free line and they might be able to help you". Then I called Avis and Budget at WalMart and they didn't even answer the phone? Then I thought I would try one more Avis/Budget number locally and reached Merideth at 340 State Road 16, who took over 30 mins to assist us, she booked reservations for my aunts and uncles and brothers and sisters all over the united States and in St Augustine. She got me confirmed cars at all locations, and when we came to the store the Agency owner Guy and Jay wisked us on our way in under 5 minds, with immaculately clean cars,all at a fair price.
