my wife and I are patients at apex dental for nearly two years.recently I had a problem with my insurace paying the bill.eventually it was paid but I had a balance for a 130 dollars.in the mean while I had a severe tooth ache.the office manager told me the dentist will not treat me unless the 130 dollars is paid first.so I had to suffer the entire weekend.when I went in monday.the office manager asked for the payment in the waiting room in front of other people I was so humiliated.then she yelled out from the other side ..i am only doing my job.we have spent thousand of dollars at apex but they will never see a dime of our money again

Horrible experience
In the beginning everybody was nice until I told them that I will go to different dentist to seek second opinion, after that everybody in the office started being very rude and unprofessional, horrible experience. My first visit I was...Worldwide > United States > Wesley Chapel, FL > Dentists
