My husband paid $75 for a Groupon (purchased Dec 2011) for me who was treated as a criminal today in their Tampa office. The Groupon was for a $240 value package and they told me that I would only receive a facial. I made an appointment at 1 and waited for almost 2 hours in the lobby and nobody helped me. Nobody knew the status and I asked for the Groupon back and they told me they could not find the coupon and they already submitted it. There would be no refund! Then Ginger (so called new manager) said they would not give me any service and demanded that I leave or they were going to call the police! I actually called the police on them instead. There are many other complaints on the google reviews, facebook, and yelp. I submitted a formal complaint to the Attorney General and BBB and probably sue them in Small Claims for lost wages since I had to take a day off work for this treatment.
