YAY 24 HOURS!
You can tell they put in a lot of time making the outside as enjoyable as possible. It is cold a lot in Oregon and I love how they put heat lamps outside so smokers can stay warm in the winter.

Used to be nice, now forgettable.
Ava's used to be a nice place. It had good decor, yummy pastries, patio seating with fire pit and water feature, friendly service and OPEN 24 HOURS. That last one is, I think, still operative and the one good feature.
