The Absolute Best!
We've all heard of bad experiences buying used/pre-owned cars. This was certainly not the case at AutoHouse in Saugus. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process, and had aggressive and transparent pricing. I am the happy owner of an 03 BMW 745i and I couldn't have had a better experience. Mike helped me through the entire transaction, talking with my insurance company, bank, the RMV - everything. I was very thorough and somewhat demanding, and he was happy to answer all of my questions so that I was 110% satisfied.

Worst Customer Service and Unreliable Vehicle
I purchase a vehicle from them 10 days ago. Upon test driving it, I noticed 2 defects (passenger side seat belt not working and rear passenger side door not opening).

Very Happy
I bought a 2004 BMW from Auto House and picked it up last week. Im very happy with the car and I know I got a great deal. The staff was great to work with and made everything easy for me. I walked in expecting to get the typical used car dealer games and these guys were completely the opposite of that. I never write reviews but I though I would take the time to write a little something about them because this buying experience was the definitely easier than any other car I have ever purchased. Think Twice or Three times
My wife and I just bought a car from there in Dec. 2010. First glance nice low mile used cars, Salesman very relaxed, very knowledgeable. We found a car!!! went to sign the papers our extended warranty amount was more. They did work with us on that. NOW I smell something burning, So when I get the car inspected here in RI the mechanic tells me there is an oil leak somewhere near the turbo$$$ Leaks Windshield fluid(3 Gallons in a month) Blinkers don't stay blinking after 20+ blinks. Auto House was informed about this before the 30 warranty was up. I was told since I could not get up there till after the New Year they would fix it. WELL I called the person who sold the car to us and he passed the buck on to the next guy. Now they want me to use my extended warranty that I purchased!! My warranty should not be touched and Auto House FIX my CAR at their expense. Now its turned into a head ache . Here is a quote from Auto House USA about us page on their web site "EVERY VEHICLE UNDERGOES OUR RIGOROUS INSPECTION AND CLEARANCE PROCESS, ENSURING THE UTMOST CONFIDENCE IN OUR DEALERSHIP AND OUR VEHICLES" Opps forgot to see why there is oil all over the undercarriage !!!!

GREAT PLACE TO BUY
I recently bought a 2003 BMW X5 from Autohouse and I was extremely pleased with how professional and easy to deal with the staff was. The car I purchased is in mint condition inside & out, I couldn't be happier. I felt comfortable throughout the buying process & they were vary fair when it came to negotiating on a price. I financed the vehicle with a credit union they linked me up with & got an extremely low interest rate. Positive Experience
We were looking for an SUV with some warranty left on the car. After reading the reviews we were a little hesitant when walking into the dealership... but it was a nice surprise. The people working there are very knowledgeable and friendly. We drove a couple of different SUV's and narrowed it down to a Lexus RX350. Even though they didn't have the color we wanted in stock, they called us some days later when they got one. The SUV was a nice color and was just what we were looking for. We were still in a bit of a double mind, but then realized that other dealerships were selling the same types of cars for hundreds more.
