excellent import repair shop
For a small fancy shop the prices are lower than the dealer and the staff is very professional & friendly. I take my Benz to Autohaus ONLY!Great Service, Good Price
Autohaus Imports took time to explain the repairs that were needed on my Mercedes. They gave me a convenient appointment time, and had my car ready when they promised. Really friendly people!Oh Yea!
Purchased and Audi A4 (1996) as a toy, they have been awesome, quotes perfect, work above reproach, honest with integrity and character to match, prices lower than other places I checked with! The only shop I will let work on the Green Hornet! Suggest you give them a try before anyone else in town! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!Auto Repair with honesty and integrity
I have found Autohaus Imports to be a very professional and honest auto repair business. The times I have taken my BMW there for service I have been treated with courtesy and they always take the time to describe what is wrong and what it will cost to fix. Their prices are reasonable also. They have my car back when they say they are going to and call me during the day with progress. The communication is great. The customer service is by far the best I've received.Best Indepent Repair Shop in the Triangle
I lucked into Autohaus when I purchased both of my BMWs from Olde Raleigh and have been a customer for almost 3 years. During that time I have found a number of things to be true about Autohaus: 1) The technicians really know there stuff! I have had some obscure BMW defects show up that even the dealer couldn't figure out but these guys cracked it and charged me a fair price in the process, 2) These guys are as honest as the day is long. I've had some repairs that they were more than fair on and they also stand by their warranties, 3) They put the customer first and are willing to explain everything fully and go out of their way to get you the best price possible even though the easiest route would be to get a new part from the dealer at the maximum price.Phenomenal Experience: Quality Work, Excellent Service, & a Very Fair Price!
I first became acquainted with Autohaus Import Service after I purchased my car from Olde Raleigh Motors several years ago. And, since that time they have been the ONLY auto repair shop to whom I would even consider entrusting the care of "My Baby". From my very first visit, I was greeted by warm, smiling staff who made it clear to me that they were as interested in the care and maintenance of my new car as I was. Time and again, they have delivered on their promises, completing work at the promised times, at a price congruent with their quotes, and have really helped me both understand the nature, cause, and necessity of the work they have performed, as well as the importance of future work which might be required. They have done all of this, the entire time, while making every possible accomodation to help me maintain my vehicle in good working order, on a timeframe which meets the demands of my schedule, and at a pace and price which my budget can accomodate. The entire staff not only really cares about their clients and the services they perform, they care about your car and your safety, and their commitment to your satisfacting does not end when you leave their parking lot! Their commitment to my satisfaction after I have left with my car keeps me singing their praises to everyone!Autohaus Damaged My Vehicle
I recently took my vehicle to Autohaus Imports to get an oil change. I was happy with the the service until I returned to my car to leave. The mechanics had rolled down my back window, which would not go back up. I went back inside to explain the situation, and the person at the desk refused to accept responsibility, saying his mechanic did not remember rolling the window down and that I broke it myself. I ended up speaking with the owner who also refused to take responsibility, leaving me with a $300 repair at another shop. I would not recommend doing businees with anyone who will not take take responsibility for their own actions or the actions of their employees. My car was returned to me damaged, and they did not offer as much as an apology. Needless to say, no one should do business with someone of such low moral character.Autohaus Import Service Servicing the Raleigh Area.
We have all had good, and some, "Not Too Good", experiences with organizations that we trust to provide us with an honest assesement of our motor vehicles mechanical problems . We will ALWAYS have mechanical problems with our essential motor vehicles, it is the accurate and priortized rectification of those problems that constitute either a safety issue compared to a cosmetic issue that should be a top priority for any family vehicle and the organization that we entrust (TRUST) to complete the repairs.Thankful for genuine service and a quick fix!
I drive a BMW that is very, very old. Okay, not extremely old...but it's about 20. I have put A LOT of work and money into this car. It has been fantastic as a first car for me, but has recently become a money hole. I live permanently in Greensboro but currently reside in the Raleigh area. One can only imagine how it must be to fear that your car may not safely make it back to their personal tech when it makes a funny noise or the performance is "off". This happened to me-my car began to make an awful noise and it shook. I was scared. I'm not a mechanic and I certainly couldn't tell you about anything that lies under the hood of my car; and honestly, why should I? I'm a female :) (excuses, excuses) So I was in class one day and searched Google for Import Car Shops and Autohaus was the first link to show up. I wasn't about to be picky, because my requirements requested anyone that knew more than I did. I got the phone number and called-spoke with Doug. He listened to what I had to say and answered questions. We set up a time I could come and he said he'd look at my car. I showed up at Autohaus and was extremely impressed with the quickness it took Doug and Matt to determine what was wrong with my car. They acted professional, kind, and considerate. Once they determined the problem, they temporarily fixed it so I could drive it back to Greensboro to my regular tech. I strongly recommend Autohaus to anyone who wants a genuine service and a very personal experience from someone to trust.very decent and professional
