poor customer service

I had a massage appointment for the N. Austin location last Saturday afternoon. I allowed myself enough driving time to arrive on time. However, finding the actual (satellite) location was MUCH harder than expected. I tried calling the receptionist's desk many times (8 to be exact) as I u-turned, circled around, parked, and walked around the complex. After all, this was the number provided in my confirmation email when I booked the appt. I received no help.

I finally found the location, but was 6 minutes late. The attendant at the door refused our service stating students needed the full 90 minutes for credit purposes. Every minute counts. He said I could call the school on Monday to either 1-reschedule or 2-get a refund. Irritated enough at being denied service I had prepaid for, I went home and decided to call the school on Monday.

The lady "in charge" of refunds (Jennifer Regolatto?) will not answer my phone calls or numerous messages. A few calls back later, the receptionist told me they had a "no refund" policy. This is absolute rubbish. They PRECHARGED my account when i scheduled the appt.

They are now denying me BOTH 1-the services I have already paid for and 2-my money. ??? Are you serious? That's ridiculous! There were NO caveats regarding either refund policy or denial of service with any tardiness- not on the website OR my confirmation email.

What's even shadier is the receptionist doesn't pick up ANY of my calls when I call from my phone. When I switched to my boyfriend's phone, she picked up on the first try.

I will keep trying to call and if they don't give me my money back, I will report them to the B*tter B*siness B*ureau.

Don't be scammed !

I was wanting a massage and came across this place. It was very inexpensive and seemed almost to good to be true. This is a school that gives massages for a discounted price so their students can get credit. To my surprise we go to the location (not the actual school but a satellite location) that is very hidden and hard to find. We even called the receptionist to ask exactly where it is but they don't pick up phone calls. We still arrive 10 minutes early and were asked to leave and that are spots were filled. Asked why, the man replies we were suppose to arrive 15 min early.... In my opionion he messed up and probably filled the spots. He then said call the school and reschedule or get a refund. Its been almost 2 weeks that I have been calling and trying to get a hold of someone. Im out $60.00 . Terrible service and a disorganized school. Would not reccomend this place at all.
