I am very pleased with the new girl @ Austan lakeline. Elizabeth, like Dallas, (the owner), is very friendly, knows a lot about their products & services and provides excellent customer service! She definately adds to an already superb tanning establishment. Way to go Austan!

I Moved to Austin, TX from up north about six months ago, & tried several different tanning establishments in the north Austin area before running across this one. I am pleased with the results I get tanning here & have found the staff to be courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. They change their bulbs frequently & will gladly tell you which beds have the newest bulbs. Way to go Austan! This is a great place and you have another completely satisfied customer here!

Thanks Aus-tan for five years of excellent service! I am being transferred out of the area, so I am having to cancel my membership here, however, I have been completely satisfied, even elated, with the customer service I have experienced here. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and the personnel area friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing yet also very professional. All this plus I got and kept an awesome tan in the process! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know!

I am very pleased with the results of my tanning membership @ Aus-Tan Lakeline. And as equally pleased with the customer service I receive there when I go to get a tan. The staff (Dallas Christine & Dakota) are knowledgeable about tanning, the risks, and how to avoid them (especially Dallas) They are also quite friendly and always willing to answer my questions or attempt to resolve any issues that arise no matter how insignificant the situation. I appreciate the fact that they are owners & not just employees, so they have a vested interest in the success of the business and that increased effort shows in almost everything they do!

Great Salon!
I moved to Cedar Park recently & was delighted to find a clean tanning salon near my house. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about their equipment as well as tanning in general. They also change their bulbs VERY regularly and will tell you which machines have the newest ones...Worldwide > United States > Austin, TX > Tanning
