They advertised 10 dollar Tattoos for the 1o year anniversary...bs it was a gimmic to get me in the door...when I got there it was a raffel to win a 10$ tattoo. I red the advertisement clearly no mention of this. I dont mind paying for a tattoo...I have several Tattoos and was happy to pay for them .....why trick people to come in your doors BS all the way around shady business pratices
