The business I work for is currently experiencing some difficulty with our cash flow, but we're trying very hard to pay back what we owe to our creditors. This law firm was contracted by one of them, and it's the worst one I've ever interacted with. I spoke with someone named David, and he was a pill. He said he wanted to "have a conversation" with me about our account, but there was no "conversing" at all. All he did was talk at me. He did not care to hear my questions or listen to what I had to say. When I could get in a word edgewise, I tried to explain what information I needed in order to work with him, but he just kept talking over me. I asked him to fax me the information from our creditor, and it was like talking to a wall. It was either "pay now or we're suing," and "the information has been sent already, and we're not sending it again."

When bad lawyers happen to good people. This law firm should be ashamed of itself - taking on a client with false claims against legitimate businesses. When Colin started harassing my employees with phone calls, letters and emails, it is only fair that I share my view of their unprofessional practice with you. Imagine a small business owner having to explain to their employees why a lawyer is threatening their company with a worthless claim. I suppose if you need to collect money and are looking for a cut throat approach, you found your team.
