No Help at All

Our vet closed and sent all our pets records to Dr. Pooh. We tried to set up appointments for our pets and the staff seemed to be annoyed and did not have any time to help us out. So we found a vet closer to our home and they are wonderful to work with (Three Counties Animal Hosp.). Then we tried to get our records from Dr. Pooh and the staff was very rude and refused to help us out in any way. Their facility is dirty and the staff is too busy to be of any help. I would not recommend them to anyone who loves their pets!

Don't let the friendly service fool you!!!!
I dropped my dog off at Dr. Pooh's for boarding for several days. When I returned from my vacation I picked him up and didn't think to examine him bf leaving bc I had used Dr. Pooh before. Once I arrived at home I found two cuts by his eyes and a rash on his gentials. I called the vet ASAP. Do you know the Dr told me that all of that could have happened when I left the vet. Keep in mind I was only home for maybe and hour or 2 if that and most of the time I was in my car. There was NO way he could have gotten all of that in the car and at home in that short amount of time. JUST BE CAUTIOUS OF WHERE YOU SEND YOUR PETS PLEASE!!!!!!!!! MY PET WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO DR POOH'S FOR ANYTHING.
