Let me tell you my story.
Last year i bought a 2006 FX35 with 40000mi for almost $23000. The car was supposed to be under bumper-to-bumper factory warranty (which was 5yrs or 50k miles)

Stay away = dont waste your time or at least be very careful

worked out deal via telephone after many questions. Had appointment set up to take car for independent inspection so had the afternoon planned.
