Communication and customer service sucks!

I purchased a gas grill from Aspen fireplace & Patio this spring,I paid over $4000.00 for this grill.I did not receive an original manual.I ordered a cover from aspen about the same time,I am still waiting for it.(its now Oct.)The grill...
