Be aware. Bad business practices. Russ, from ASAP was great for years. But in May/09 I paid $244 for a new dishwasher computer that was never installed and the company has not refunded my payment. It is now 7 months of calling and reminding, requesting, and finally getting mad as hell. No one is returning my phone calls now. Be forwarned.
