Ripped Off!
I bought a water heater 5 years ago from ARS for $750.00. I was told it had a 10 yr parts & labor warranty. It failed after 5 years. When I called them, they said they would replace it at no charge to me.\r

Will let Senior Citizens Freeze!
They have not repaired my 87 year old mother's heat. Charged her $125 a couple weeks ago. Came out today again - and as soon as the technician left the heat went back out. She called their office number only to get the answering...Worldwide > United States > Las Vegas, NV > Air Conditioning
