We had a wonderful experience with Roland. We weren't easy clients. We wanted the most efficient house possible and he delivered! He took everything in consideration such as maximizing solar panels and placement of windows. He designed the home of our dreams! We had problems with our builder and Roland has gone out of his way to help us resolve the issues. Roland's plans were VERY details and we didn't see the significance in this early on. But now that we are in a dispute with the builder we see the value in those details. It is those details that will allow us to win our case. We would use Roland again in a heartbeat!
