Horrible service. Repairman no-showed 4 times for 4-hour timespan appointments and didn't even call to say he couldn't make it. Took a month to get our washing machine repaired and they installed parts we specifically said not to install because they were not covered by our home warranty and the repairman told us one of the parts was not broken. Ended up dishing out an additional $130 because they installed the parts anyway and didn't tell us until they were done! Horrible service. Extremely unorganized business!
