DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$

If I could give it zero stars I would. They were late to set up the bouncy house and Kenrick said "what does it matter your party doesn't start till 11:30" Argued with my wife and hung up on her. He threatened to have the deliverers turn around if she didn't let it go. Then the entertainer was 30 minutes late and we didn't get the full show that was promised. I called back and spoke to Valerie and she said : I don't want to hear it you are being unreasonable" Both were rude, belligerent and absolutely aweful.

I will never recommend them to anyone and I am telling my fellow parents in Lafayette, Moraga & Orinda to stay away. We sign a contract, pay in advance and get told that we are being unreasonable to ask for a partial refund when they are 60 minutes late and it doesn't matter b/c traffic can't be accounted for. I find it odd that they are late to arrive yet picked up the bouncy house on time to the minute.

Unprofessional, rude and forever disreputable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$
