Find somewhere else to take your pets
The facility is nice but it does not out weigh the fact that the staff is really not that great at all. The volunteers and younger ones there and better than the paid staff.

Horrible
They tell you one rate over the phone and then charge you another rate. I would not have used their so called services had I of known that there were untrained children that take care of your pets and they over charge by far. I called...Worldwide > United States > Kansas City, MO > Veterinarians
