bad customer service unprofessional

i would pick a lesser star but i cant.
i paid approx. $4000 to have a 10 foot aluminum fence and 10 foot aluminum gate installed less than 2 1/2 yrs ago. i may open the gate on average 1-2 times per month.
the mother board for the gate...
