I had accident back in february wher I was hit by client of American Independent insurance week later no respond try to call again oops we got ur claim now !! cze the police report not enough !! 3 weeks later i got phone # 1800 954 2442 with ext 8336 wich suppose to be my claim adjuster < Andrew Martin > called him monday left voicemail ! no return call , nxt day I called twice left two voice mails again no respond 3 day call again samething over & over ..... called the 1800 spoke to customer service thy give me his supervisor ext < Steve > NO call back !!! one week of calls withouth not even one call back !! idk what kind of bss thy running ..... 4 weeks without my truck without job & I do work for my self mean less food in the table but < who cares!!!> cant pay my bills & I dont have credit card to can get rental to keep my self going !!!!! shame shame on American Independent I ll make sure this will all over the internet &BBB ALSO BAD COMPANY TO DO BSS WITH !!!!! BE AWARE OF THOSE SCAMMERS PLS

To be fare, this is the insurance company of the person who hit and ran my car.
