A nice place to live.
I have lived here for several years and I love it. There are rules that are set and everyone must follow them. I dont mind the rules and the maintenance is good, you get stuff fixed when you ask. It is safe for my children they can ride there bikes and play at the playground and basketball court. Do wish we had a swimming pool, but other than that a really nice place to live. The manager has really made the place nice and peaceful and she is available all the time. She gets involved with activities that we have here. I like the idea that the manager and maintenance lives on the grounds. I tell everyone about the apartments. Manager is strick on no speeding through the streets and no drinking beer outside of apartment. Some people dont like the rules but she seems to look out for the kids and families here. I like it here and have lived in other apartments and this is far more better than any other.Worldwide > United States > Vidor, TX > Apartments
