Good customer service doesn't take much. Learn the rules of engagement and clean up your act! Your didn't deliver on what your company promised and despite my attempts to be civil you turned the situation into something rather unbelievable. No, you do not care to have my business, the feeling is mutual...I do not care to have yours. At this point I only care about warning the locals about how your business might behave even when they are in the wrong. Take a class on customer service, let one of your employees handle the front, but for God's sake, get yourself together and run your business better! I cannot possibly conceive the thought of ever recommending your cleaners to anyone!
