Sequoia has ruined the property and it's very appropriate their company is named after a large tree cuz they're shady as you can get. Their ads outright lie about apartment features like granite counters and stainless appliances. The construction isn't their fault but is still so poor you can hear your neighbors every trip to the bathroom. The parking always sucks after 4pm, with very selective towing enforcement. There's nothing special about the inside of the units, they look just like any other apartment yet cost about $250/mo more, yet less than half the apartments have the view they love to brag about. The management is the worst part by far, they charged me over $600 over my deposit when I moved out and both the manager Bridgett and regional manager Kristen have actively refused to provide picture evidence of alleged damage, or validate what work went into repairing my old unit, then sent me to collections without disclosing the account is being contested. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RENTING HERE.
