Fantastic Gym for Athletes in Greensburg! Very Professional Owner/Trainer
I walked into New Age Fitness and could immediately tell this was a quality facility for athletes. The entire floor was rubberized (along with some rubberized weight plates) which meant some heavy lifting was occuring. The gym was equipped with a full range of kettlebells, dumbbells, free weights and cardio equipment. It also had many unique items that you will not find in your average gym. These include heavy ropes, wall mounted timer for fitness challenges, hanging rope to climb across, heavy bags to carry and more. If you take a look outside, you will see that there is a full assortment of various sized tires for flipping, a sled to drag with areas to add weight and boxes for depth jump/plyos.
