Called four days ahead for moving service on my washing machine. Scheduled the day I wanted but company required a four-hour window. A bit excessive, especially when moving. Tried to call from 3-4 pm to verify schedule and no answer. So, sat here all afternoon and no one is here and can't get a more specific time for the service .
