decent persian food in pac heights
I stopped at this place today for takeout. If you're a vegetarian you dont have many options here but the roated eggplant is fantastic. Its sort of like the persion form of babba ganoush.

I love Persian food and I haven't really come across many of them. I went to this Alborz before going to a concert and the service was terrible. There was only one server for the entire restaurant and she spent the whole time flirting...

Horrible Customer Service
SLEAZY!! We purchased a gift certificate for them through Restaurant(dot)com - but they refused to honor claiming that they "didn't have a contract with them anymore and didn't have to honor it."
