DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO ISSUE AN OFFER ON A HOUSE , CALL ANOTHER REAL ESATE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR YOU !!!! WISHED WE WOULD HAVE KNOWN WHAT WE KNOW NOW Very bad Realtor, Place a bid on house and got the run around after the agent told that it was a fair offer. Well was supposed to hear something within 48 hrs, placed offer on a Wednesday by Saturday still nothing , I called about every 2 days. Always was told well we havent heard anything yet. This was on a bank owed Property so by the following Tuesday after we placed an offer I call the Bank and come to find out we were being lied to our offer had not been submitted !!! well on Wednesday the day after I called and was told there was no offer for this offer ALAHOMES informed us there was a higher bid , But since they have not heard anything on out offer yet then they would have to submitt it... WELL I ALREADY KNEW OUR OFFER WAS NEVER SUBMITTED SO HOW WERE THEY SUPPOSED TO HEAR ABOUT IT ????? ANYWAY A HOUSE WE WERE GONNA RAISE OUR KIDS AT WAS SOLD TO AN INVESTOR. !!!!!
