I ordered custom made queen size sheets and mattress protector. The package arrived and the bottom sheet and mattress protector are approximately 3 inches to short. I have tried and tried to exchange the sheets for the proper size and they have refused. I called the CEO and her Secretary assured me I would receive an immediate call back. Never heard from her,and have sent email after email, and called several times. Did not know what else to do, so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they seem confident they will be able to help me. I will keep you posted. BTW these sheets are in excess of $250.00
