Bug infestation
The place has had a recent bug infestation problem and have not been able to get rid of them after several spraying treatments (cockroaches) and even though the tenants are really inconvenienced they don't really care and just want their rent money. They act like it is not their problem even if you are a brand new tenant and could not of caused any of the bug infestation problems.
