I have no bad things to say about the service. The job was done professionally with no mess to clean up. I got the name of the company from our neighborhood newspaper. It said senior and military discounts. When I spoke to the tech to tell him my problem, he told me there would be a $79 service charge. He would quote me a price for the work before he did it. I had a kitchen sink that was backed up. When he came out, he looked at the sinks and quoted me a price of $350.00. I told him that was outrageous. He told me that I would be responsible for the $79.00 whether he did the work or not. What did I think was a fair price. Since I have never had this work done before, I had no idea. So he immediately dropped his price to $279. My room mate walked in at that time and said how about $200. He said okay, I'll drop the $79 service charge. I don't know whether that was a fair price or not, but he said all plumbers have some kind of a price book and everyone's price would be the same. I can't figure out how we got from $350.00 to $200.00 if he used his price book. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAM COMPANY.
