To whom it may concern, I am filing a complaint against Aron's and the employees that work there. I was verbally abused by your employess today. I spent over an hour shopping which is what I do every single week. Every week I spend over $300 and today when I tried to purchase the oil that was advertised on sale at $6.99(limit 1 per $10 purchase), the disgusting cashier would not allow me to buy more than one and charged me $9.99. I told her that I will take only one for the sale price and to remove the other ones. I then finished my purchase which totaled to $113.00 on Mastercard. Then, my husband made a purchase of $170.00 AMEX (and buy the oil for $6.99) but the cashier and the "bag boy" did not allow him to make the purchase. They demanded that I show them the credit cards as proof that we used two different ones. They not only disabled us from buying, but verbally abused me in front of the whole store, made fun of me and high fived their buddies that they had been victorious in not allowing us to purchase, while the manager stood by watching with no reaction to the groups negligence, abuse and stupidity! The group then began to overtly ridicule my husband and I in their native language.I then came to the service desk and told the "so-called manager" that as stated on the flyer, I was entitled to the oil, or else I would refund my entire purchase of $300.00. He too, gave me a condescending smirk and a lecture fit for a toddler. I AM A WELL EDUCATED MOTHER OF 3, GRANDMOTHER AND BUSINESS OWNER WHO WORKS WITH PEOPLE ALL DAY LONG,AND I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH ATROCIOUS COSTUMER SERVICE FROM ANYONE, ESPECIALLY, EMPLOYEES OLD ENOUGH TO BE MY CHILDREN. I want an apology from those employees who continuously belittled my husband and I in front of not only our own, but the manager's face as well. The point is not the oil on sale, it's the principal of how employees should act in order to represent their employers. On a last note, a complaint will be filed with BBB and I will be posting horrible reviews about your store on all social media networks. I didn't know that stores prefer to spend money on rude workers instead of making money on loyal customers-wrong move!
Great place
