the guy gets here and does not have a key grinder. quotes me $280.00 ($200 over the phone quote). When I refused his service he said, "I'll do it for 80 since I'm a day late and already here." He then continues to gripe the entire time about he isn't making any money even i showed him a $40 dollar tip on the check. So 2 hours later he left me with a broken lock and no way to check if the old key is non-functional cause he "lost it" I ended up having to buy new locks on the entire house.
