I left work early 3 times this week (From June 17 fathers day, 6/19 and 6/20) to meet up with Noel (the owner) for my central air unit. Each time he not show up nor did he call. When I asked him about it, all he gave me was excuse after excuse. There is nothing like professionalism from a small business owner. I like dealing with smal business because of the personal service you get but in this case, the last thing I received was personal service. Since Noel is the owner I felt "stuck". Noel, if you are going to be late call me. If you need to cancel, call me. Each time he didnot show up, he had an excuse "it was father's day", "I was in the city all day long", and yesterday he told me that he was on his way to my home from Locus Valley and as of this writing I have not heard from him since. I rearranged my schedule to make sure I am home when he promises to come and he does not give an ounce of consideration for my time. This is clearly busy season for this company, but consideration and professionalism was clearly missing from my experience with this company.
