Kind of rude on the phone and all day for a cut
While this place provides a good cut, I don't agree with their drop off policy or their phone manners. Recently on a Saturday in December 2007 they asked us to leave our dog at 9:30 am. Around 3:30 we called them and she still wasn't ready, we were told about antoher 45 minutes to an hour. Why drop the dog off so early if they aren't going to get to her till the late afternoon. Also, this place always compains that dog's (shih-tzu) is way too matted and it was a pain to cut, I have to call BS as we brushed her the previous night and the only matting she had was a little around her chest. We wont be taking our business there again.

Awesome Groomers!
I have been taking my three dogs here for many years and have always been very satisfied with the service received. As a matter of fact, when I took my dogs to doggie daycare, I was asked for my groomer's phone number because the dogs were so beautifully groomed. The owner answers any questions that I have and explains everything to me. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my dogs in her care and I would recommend A Pet's Reflection to everyone!
