Front right fender was dented in. I went in and was told my fenders would line up perfectly and given a decent quote. They kept assuring me it would line up perfectly. I didn't care about the paint so long as the lines matched up. They assured they could get it done. Went to pick up my car and it was still way off. They kept saying I just needed some brackets? They told me to go buy them and put them on....Why the heck do they say they will line it up, then fall short and tell me to go buy brackets and finish it up myself? Ridiculous!!! If you can't keep your word, man up and admit you couldn't do the job, Jacob! For being the owners son, you're not that good at what you do. What kind of business falls short, then says its not their fault/work, and tells the customer to go finish it up themselves after promising it would be done right? A failure of a business!
