Thug-run rip off organization. A Crown Victoria with less than 30,000 miles on it shouldn't feel like a mine car from the 1890's Gold rush. Whatever ripped-off, chop-shop, scam they run with vehicle maintenance, I can't help but feel sorry for the poor guy who has to drive these cars and the poor guy who has to hose out all the 'sick' the terrible ride induces.
