BIG RIP OFF The bald service guy (Mike) spent a lot of time telling me about how he could do my repairs "after hours" for a cheaper price but I would have to pay a service call so the owner wouldn't know. I was too nervous a to report this to the company because this guy looks like a criminal and I didn't want him to come back and get revenge. He also ask me to used my bathroom and went number two. He was in my bathroom for like ten minutes and stank up my house. I didn't even hear him wash his hands.

This company is a major rip off! When they found out that I had a warranty on my a/c unit, they stretched the service into 3 CALLS so that they could make money off the call fee because they couldn't make money on the part. The first call...

INCREDIBLE!
